Yorktown is offering athletic physicals onsite on July 9. Please bring a check payable to Yorktown Athletic Boosters for $45 or cash. Please note we can only accept checks payable to Yorktown Athletic Boosters, not Yorktown High School. A limited number of reduced fee slots are available by contacting our ATC, Lanay Burke at Lanay.Burke@apsva.us

Each year, we have more demand for appointments than our volunteer providers can process during this event. Thus, we ask you to please respect your commitment to attend at your selected time. If you are unable to attend, please delete your sign up so other families can fill the slot. If all slots are full, please check back closer to the date for cancellations.

All proceeds go to support the Yorktown athletic training department.
